2. The Volvo Cars Shrewsbury June 2026 Prize Draw is subject to the following conditions and is open only to UK residents who are 18 years of age or over.
3. There are a total of five prizes to be won by five entrants of this Prize Draw. These are,
- 2 x VIP tickets to the pop superstar Mika (Includes, 2 Sessions Plus Platform Tickets Plus one overnight Fowey Hall Stay based on double occupancy) – A package worth circa £1,000

- One pair of arena (standing) tickets to see Becky Hill live at Eden Sessions 2026 on Saturday 20th June 2026 (the ‘Becky Hill Prize’).
- One pair of arena (standing) tickets to see Snow Patrol perform live at Eden Sessions 2026 on Thursday 18th June 2026 (the ‘Snow Patrol Prize’).
- One pair of arena (standing) tickets for the Maccabees perform live at Eden Sessions 2026 on Saturday 11th July 2026 (the ‘Macabees Prize’).
- One pair of arena (standing) tickets to see Wolf Alice perform live at Eden Sessions 2026 on Tuesday 16th June 2026 (the ‘Wolf Alice Prize’).
All Prizes do not include the cost of any travel to and from the Eden Project or to and from Fowey Hall Hotel. Any food, service or drinks costs that are not expressly stipulated as part of the Prize will be payable by the winners themselves. We are the sole arbiter regarding any dispute and our decision is final.
4. How to enter:
There are two ways to enter this Prize Draw. EITHER,
- Place an order for a new or approved Volvo car with Volvo Cars Shrewsbury between Wednesday 20th May and Tuesday 2nd June 2026. An eligible entry via this route is a signed order agreement with required deposit paid..
- Email - info@volvoshrewsbury.co.uk with subject line ‘June Prize Draw’ with your full name, address, email address and contact phone number between Wednesday 20th May and Monday 2nd June 2026 11:59 BST. Please enter all the stipulated criteria or we will not be unable to enter you in the draw. This is a no purchase necessary entry route.
A maximum of one entry per customer is permitted.
5. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury will notify the winners of which Prize they have won. There will be one winner of the MIKA Prize and four winners of the The Runners Up Arena Tickets Prizes who will be selected on Thursday 3rd June 2026. Winner’s will be selected at random by way of a randomised draw with the individual names of the customers who have entered the draw only being included in the draw. The random draw will be undertaken by one of our team with another team member present. The decision of Our draw team will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Our employees and their families are ineligible for the Prize draw and so cannot win any of the Prizes.
6. By entry into this Volvo Cars Shrewsbury June 2026 Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions and that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
7. The winners of this Prize Draw will be notified of their win via email and/or using the contact number and/or email address supplied by the entrant.
- Should there be no response from a winner within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected and notified, the same process will be repeated until there is a confirmed winner for the Prize. Our decision is final.
- If we deem a winner ineligible, we reserve the right to deselect them as winners and randomly select another winner, no dialogue will be entered into and our decision is final..

8. No liability is accepted for submissions that are lost or not received. No liability is accepted in the event there is no response to telephone calls, direct messages or e-mails when contacting a chosen winner.
9. By law, we must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. If you object to any or all of your surname, local area of home e g town and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Volvo Cars Shrewsbury. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. All prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
11. You agree that the Volvo Cars Shrewsbury may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website, social media and any other media and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes.
12. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury will not accept liability for minors left unattended at the event.
13. Prize winners are responsible for their own property (including clothing, umbrellas, child seats etc) at the event.
14. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft of, or damage to property except if caused by Volvo Cars Shrewsbury’s negligence.
15. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury shall not be held responsible for any cancellation of any part of the Prize, event or activities, which may be due to circumstance outside its control, including - but not limited to – sickness, adverse weather conditions or travel factors. There will be no alternative offer in respect of any such cancellation.
16. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Volvo Cars Shrewsbury, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare any tax liability to HM Revenue and Customs
18. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward. E.g. be photographed for website/newspaper stories, provide a short statement about their win and their experience at their Eden Session Event.
19. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this prize competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
20. Volvo Cars Shrewsbury reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

22. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
