Service Advisor

Service Advisor Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Advise service customers on required work
  • Handling serivce customer bookings over the phone and inside the dealership
  • Maintaining a positive line of communication between our workshop and the showroom
  • Passing the information clearly and effectively to the technicians
  • Preparing loan cars ready for customers to collect
  • Proactively, positively manage customer issues and complaints always aiming to resolve them to the customer’s complete satisfaction
  • Assist your line manager with department based tasks

Requirements

  • Great with face-to-face communication. Positive, courteous calls handling manner
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • A good technical understanding
